As part of this transition, Rehan Netarwala has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Clinevo Technologies and will lead the company through its next phase of growth. Arun G and Arun D, co-founders of Clinevo technologies continue to remain deeply involved with the business as Strategic Advisors, ensuring continuity of vision, industry expertise, and client relationships that have been built over the years.
Together, we will work closely with the leadership team to support the company's next phase of growth through operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and disciplined capital allocation.

About the Founder
Rehan Netarwala is a builder and operator with a proven track record of scaling businesses from the ground up. An engineer by training, he brings a systems-driven approach to growth, sharpened by an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and early strategy experience at Universal Consulting (L.E.K. India), where he advised organisations through complex business challenges.
In 2017, Rehan co-founded Savage & Palmer and built it into a business serving over 500+ clients, leading it through every stage of growth to a successful exit in 2023. That full journey, from founding to scale to exit, gives him a first-hand understanding of what it takes to grow a company sustainably and create lasting value for clients and teams alike.
As Chief Executive Officer, Rehan combines this operational depth and strategic discipline with the capital and structure needed to lead Clinevo into its next phase of growth, building on the company's strong foundation while preserving the domain expertise and client focus that define it.

Tycen Bundgaard
Tycen brings over two decades of strategic and operational leadership to Clinevo's board. As a former Partner at McKinsey & Company, he spent 14 years advising businesses across Asia on strategy and growth. As former CEO of Les Amis Group, he led a founder-built company firsthand, gaining deep operational insight into the realities of scaling a business. Today, he leads Lighthaven, supporting the next generation of founder-led companies across Asia to scale sustainably - with Clinevo reflecting his commitment to pharma and health technology.
Chaitanya Rathi
Chaitanya has two decades of experience as a seasoned operator and investor. He was the erstwhile COO at Mswipe and at Sula Vineyards, where he played a key role in optimising and scaling the business and taking it public. He also brings early-stage investing experience as the erstwhile Head of India at DSGCP Everstone. His expertise spans business transformation, execution excellence, and growth leadership. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD.
